What we do

We take the repetitive parts of your week, build software that does them, and hand it over working.

For people and small teams who already suspect a computer should be doing this. We start with your actual week — the answering, the re‑typing, the moving of data between two tools by hand — and we finish when it runs without you.

Every system on this page is already running a live e‑commerce business, operated by one person, end to end.

Thirty minutes, no cost, and a written plan you keep either way.

One ordinary week 06 tasks — typical
Answering the same customer questions over email, DM and phone 4h 00m
Rewriting quotes, follow‑ups and product copy from scratch 3h 00m
Moving data by hand between spreadsheet, CRM and invoicing 3h 00m
Scheduling and rescheduling calls by hand 2h 00m
Producing social captions and content, week after week 3h 00m
Chasing overdue invoices and payment follow‑ups 2h 00m

Handed back to you

17h 00m

Two working days. Not one line of it needed a decision.

The problem

Nobody loses a day all at once. They lose it eleven minutes at a time.

It is the answering. The re‑typing. The “can you send that again.” The record that exists in three versions because copying it by hand was faster than explaining the process to a computer.

None of it is hard. None of it is a decision. All of it takes your attention, and attention does not come back when the task ends. By Friday you have done two days of work that did not need a human, and none of it was the work you are good at.

01

You are the integration between two systems that should be talking to each other.

02

The person who knows the process has never written it down.

03

Every fix so far has been another subscription nobody opens.

04

You have read that AI could help and have no idea which hour to point it at.

Services — find yourself in it

Six things, and only two of them ask you to learn anything.

Tags say who each one is for.

AI workflow audit

We map where the time actually goes and name what can be handed to a machine. Delivered as a written plan with hours‑back estimates against each item.

Both

Custom AI assistants

Built on your own documents, data and voice, so they answer the way someone who works there would answer.

Both

Workflow automation

Inbox, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets, storefront — connected, so the handoffs between them stop being something a person does by hand.

Both

AI reception and support

Calls, enquiries and bookings answered around the clock, and escalated to a human at the point where they should be.

For your team

Content and creative systems

Production pipelines for copy, images and video that hold one consistent brand voice at volume, instead of drifting every week.

Both

Training and enablement

Hands‑on sessions on your own tasks, a prompt library, and written SOPs — so the capability stays in the building after we leave.

For your team

How it works

Four steps. The first two cost you nothing.

01

Audit call

Thirty minutes. We look at how your week actually runs, not how it is supposed to run on paper.

02

Blueprint

A written plan: what to build, in what order, and what each piece gives back in hours. Free, and yours to keep either way.

03

Build and integrate

Built inside the tools you already use, not alongside them. You watch it run on real work before it is signed off.

04

Handover

Training, documentation, and a system in your name. Ongoing support only if you decide you want it.

Proof

None of this is advised from a slide deck. It is the stack that runs my own business.

There are no client logos on this page and no testimonials, because a new practice with a wall of them has either been here longer than it says or made them up.

What there is instead: every service listed above — the CRM automation, the assistants, the creative pipeline, the workflow plumbing — is running right now inside a live e‑commerce company operated by one person. You would not be the pilot.

You keep the accounts, the keys and the data. All of it, from day one.
Nothing gets built on a platform you cannot walk away from.
The person on the first call is the person who builds it.
When the honest answer is “do not automate this,” that is the answer you get.
What the free audit actually covers

The risk, reversed

The audit is free, and the plan is yours either way.

Thirty minutes on a call, then a written blueprint: what to build, in what order, what each piece gives back. You keep it whether you hire us or take it to somebody else. There is no guarantee attached because at that point you have not paid anything to guarantee.

Who you would be working with

[ portrait plate ]

Vincent. Solo operator. I built and run Hair Solutions Co., a hair‑replacement e‑commerce brand, end to end — after years in e‑commerce and sales management, and before that the military.

Everything technical is self‑built: the Shopify storefront, a custom HubSpot object model for deals, purchase orders, systems and invoices, and an AI pipeline that produces the brand’s images, video and voice. English, Portuguese, French, Spanish.

No public prices, because the blueprint has to exist first.

What we do promise: a fixed number before any build starts, and it does not move.

Audit and blueprint

A thirty‑minute call, then a written plan: what to hand over, in what order, and the hours each piece gives back. No cost, no obligation, yours to keep.

Then, if it is worth it

The build

Quoted per piece of work rather than per hour, so a slow week is our problem and not your invoice. Half up front, half once you have watched it run.

Support and upkeep

Something upstream always changes eventually. A small monthly keeps us on call and the documentation current — or you take it in‑house, which is the point of the handover.

Questions

Including the ones we would rather not be asked.

What if AI cannot actually help my business?

Then we say so in writing, and it has cost you half an hour. It does happen: some weeks are mostly judgement, conversation and interruption, with nothing repetitive enough to be worth taking. The audit is free precisely so that finding this out is cheap for you rather than a year of subscriptions.

Is this going to cost someone their job?

In the work we take on it usually removes the worst two hours of several people’s days rather than a whole role. If the real goal is reducing headcount, say that on the first call — it is a different project and we are probably not the right people for it.

Where does our data go?

Into accounts in your name, on providers named before anything is connected, and we tell you plainly which of them sees what. If a task cannot be done without sending data somewhere you are not comfortable with, we leave that task alone and say why.

What happens when it breaks?

It will eventually, because something upstream will change. Every build ships with documentation written for a non‑technical reader, a named owner on your side, and a support window. After that you can keep us on a small monthly or fix it yourself. Both are fine, and neither is a trap.

We tried a tool like this and nobody used it. Why is this different?

A tool that arrives without anybody’s job changing gets ignored, and that is a rollout problem rather than a software one. We work on one named task with the person who actually does it, and we do not call it finished until it has run unattended for a week.

How much of my time does this take?

The first call is thirty minutes. The audit needs about two hours of yours across a couple of days, mostly showing us how you do things now. During a build, one person available for roughly half an hour a week.

Bring us one week that annoys you.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no cost. You leave with a written plan of what to hand over first and what each piece gives back — and you keep it whatever you decide next.
